Hi,

I just read

https://www.euclideanspace.com/maths/algebra/matrix/index.htm#tilde

about the tilde matrix and have a remark.

If

v = r x w, (1)

and

v = [~r] w (2)

, then the expression in terms of a matrix formed
of the elements of w should imo. be written as

v = -[~w} r (3)

, so the tilde notation expresses the same as in (2)
and the change of sign in the elements of the matrix
is given with an additional minus sign in front
of the matrix.
