Call redirection

The internal protocol between TP4s is not X.25 or X75, but UKas own protocol, this protocol has extended format information. If caller is not extended format the called address will not be included in the call accept packet, so calls from a not extended port cannot be redirected as the caller cannot be informed of the change of address.

The tables can be built so that Call redirection is done on:

normally the tables are built for redirection on link failure only.
