Error in "Complex numbers"
2003-05-07 13:27

I may be tripping o' some shiznit, but I think:
(a + i b)+(c + i d) = (a+c) + i ( b+c)

should be:
(a + i b)+(c + i d) = (a+c) + i ( b+d)

It's only a small mistake, but even the longest journey begins with a small step :o)

Thanks for pointing this out, it could easily have confused beginners so I’m grateful that you let me know about it.

I’ve fixed it now.
